Vedresa follows a transparent and secure refund process once returned items pass our quality check.

Prepaid Orders

• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 3–4 business days after quality approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Refund link will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Customers must submit bank account or UPI details securely.
• Refunds are credited within 5–7 working days after submission.

Important Notes

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
• Returns outside the allowed window are not eligible for refunds.
