Return Eligibility
Returns must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact. An unboxing video is required for smooth claim processing.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery. Promotional purchases are eligible for same-product exchange only. Reverse pickup is arranged within 2–5 business days; self-shipping may apply in certain locations.

Refund Process
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3–4 business days after quality check approval. COD orders receive a refund link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email — credited within 5–7 working days upon submission of UPI or bank details.
